Services we offer
Video consultation and screen
If you are concerned about the development of your child’s communication, schedule a consultation today. We will first speak with you online to discuss your concerns about your child's speech and then complete a screen with you and your child present.
A screening is a tool that a qualified speech pathologist uses to determine if your child is at risk for a speech or language disorder. If your child appears to have communication difficulties during the SLP screening, the speech pathologist will likely recommend a full evaluation.
Initial Evaluation
Initial evaluations include an in-person visit with you and your child to assess their speech and language abilities. This is a play-based session to allow your child to become comfortable with their therapist and give the most accurate and robust picture of their speech possible. Please note that this session may be audio and video recorded on a secure device in order to fully analyze your childs speech to make the best recommendation for them. After the session, a report will be generated that will include findings and recommendations from the session. We will then contact you to schedule a follow-up online video conference to review this and collaborate on the next steps for you and your child.
Speech therapy sessions
Your individualized treatment plan will be based on your child's specific needs and goals.
All of our therapy sessions are conducted online via a secure, HIPAA-compliant web platform.
For children with speech delay, speech therapy can increase language, cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skill development as an early intervention. As with other skills and milestones, the age at which kids learn language and start talking can vary.

Extra "parent-only" sessions
This is unique to The Speech Hub: all families enrolled in speech therapy for their children automatically are able to meet with their therapist up to twice each month. This is a great opportunity to feel supported and get the resources needed to ensure their child's success. Parents can use this time for asking questions, receiving additional training for implementing speech techniques during normal day-to-day activities, or even getting and receiving feedback on their child. Think if it as a "parent-teacher conference" available on a regular basis.
